Fix - SIMS Reports not working correctly - OneDrive

Option 1 (recommended and works on all systems)

In order to run the SIMS report you need to pause OneDrive Sync, in order to do so please click on the OneDrive Icon near the Clock

Then click the cog in the top right and select Pause

And Select Pause for 2 hours (do not pause for any longer or disable as this may lead to data loss)

Option 2 (Not recommended)

There are two folders that need to be excluded from OneDrive. You can do this as follows:

For OneDrive, you will need to exclude two folders related to SIMS:

tempSIMSrpt and My SIMS Documents

To do this right click on the OneDrive icon (bottom right) and click "Settings"

Click "Account" tab

Click "Choose folders" next to "OneDrive - Your Orginsation" :

Expand "Documents":

Then Untick "tempSIMSrpt" and "My SIMS Documents":

Click "Ok" (twice)

Close SIMS and then re-open it. This will recreate the folders (which will no longer sync). Then run reports again.

Note: this will need to be done on a per machine basis. You will notice that the OneDrive icon will have a cross through it after you make this change. This is expected behaviour if it complains about these two SIMS folders.
