Occasionally you will be required to change your VPN login credentials. Changing your corporate network login password will require you to change the VPN authentication password. Both VPN and network passwords must match.
This document describes the steps required to change your VPN authentication password, to match that of your network password.
1.Click on the Windows Logo or Cortana Search Box and type in – VPN
2.Select VPN Settings
3.From here select the VPN Connection, it will look similar to (TessellateOS VPN is just an example, it will not match on your machine):
4.Once selected click on Advanced options
5.From Advanced options click on Clear sign-in info
6.Once Clear sign-in info has been selected you will notice the username and password disappear, see the below example
7.Once you have done this go back to your VPN connection selection and clink on Connect
8.You will be prompted to log in
9.Enter your network username and password
Press OK and accept the Duo Security push notification. After accepting the push notification, you will notice the VPN Connection displays the connected status.
